As a client of Aegis Security, you will always have direct access to a dedicated account executive that understands all the specifics of your security needs. Your account executive will have knowledge of the specific terms of your contract from cost to the conditions of the agreement. Your account executive personally interviews potential security guards that human resources refer as a match based on the client's requirements. You will never receive a security guard that has not been approved by your account executive. Your account executive will schedule regular site visits and conduct quarterly quality assurance surveys to ensure that our service is not compromised, and any changes have been catered to. Your account executive will always be available any time and any day to meet face to face and discuss any questions you may have. No client will ever have to speak to an automated system.
